3-in-1 Poas Volcano National Park, Coffee Tour and La Paz Waterfalls Gardens
San Jose
About this experience
A full-day 3-in-1 tour from San José: Poás Volcano National Park, coffee plantation at Doka Estate, and La Paz Waterfall Gardens — breakfast and lunch included.
The drive from San José to Poás Volcano passes through the agricultural heartland of Costa Rica — fern, flower, and strawberry farms, and a brief stop to learn about coffee on the slopes of the volcano. As you ascend, the temperature drops and the vegetation shifts to cloud forest. At the summit, you visit the active crater of Poás Volcano. The day also includes a visit to La Paz Waterfall Gardens and a coffee plantation tour.
